Compared with the double-head laser cutting machine with single guide rail K1814-S2, the double heads of KASU’s K1814-SY are installed in dual separate guide rails. It supports the simultaneous cutting of both single-pattern layouts and combined-pattern layouts.

Double Head With Dual Guide Rail Asynchronous Working Mode
After importing the nesting layout of patterns into our smart laser control software, the two laser heads can automatically move to specific positions cutting different shapes of patterns at the same time. 0mm pattern cutting space helps save more materials than the manually adjusted laser head unit.
Auto Feeding Conveyor Table
K1814-SY is equipped with a chain conveyor belt, which can auto-feed the roll material right after the laser cutting process. Automatic feeding of fabrics with small feeding errors means super-low requirements for operators. The operator only needs to take care of the cutted pattern pick-up job.
