The KD1814-SY-C Vision Laser Cutting Machine With Safe Cover is the laser cutting machine combined with the advanced top vision software system of the KASU laser.
It supports one-time cutting of plain fabrics with 1800*1400mm under non-vision working mode and 1800*1200mm under vision working mode. It can automatically recognize the contour of the printed or embroidered fabrics, leather, and other flexible materials and then cut with super high accuracy and efficiency.

KASU owns the full property of the large vision software system. Together with the Canon EOS Camera with 2,400 Mega Pixels, the KD1814-SY-C camera laser cutter’s vision software automates the whole graphic detection and position cutting process.
Dual Heads With Dual Guiderails
Unlike the dual heads with a single guide rail model, the innovative invention of KD1814-SY ensures the two heads of the camera laser cutter can cut either the same or different designed patterns at the same time. When compared with the single head model, the dual guide rail model has much higher productivity, especially when cutting small-sized patterns.
All-Round Safe Cover
We designed this specialized model based on some clients’ government compliance requirements. The all-round safe cover can enclose the whole cutting range. The laser cutter will stop the laser cutting head immediately if the cover is opened.
