Ordering
Please follow the steps below for ordering.
Step 1. Prepare your transposon construct (e.g., P-element
construct) containing the DNA fragment you are interested in. The
quality of your DNA is critical for fly injection. You may want to see
our recommended guideline for DNA preparation.
Step 2. Prepare helper DNA the same way as your transposon
construct.
Step 3. Print the ORDER FORM, fill it out, and
sign it.
Step 4. Ship the DNA along with your ORDER FORM to us.
FlyInjection Laboratories assures that any customer
materials, data and information are treated in a strictly confidential
manner.
Disclaimer
FlyInjection Laboratories only takes the customer DNA that
are ready for Drosophila transgenic work. The customer are responsible
for construction of DNA constructs that will be used in fly injection.
